  • IDSWrote the Business Plan for a geographic intelligence company (IDS) seeking for funds to expand its sales force: 4+M € raised in less than 6 months

  • IsotoolsRestructured the sales cycle and the price list of a web content management company (Isotools) seeking for shorter sales cycles. Sales cycle reduced to less than 3 months

  • ZeliadLed the sales development of a credit derivative pricing company (Zeliade Systems). A French investment bank and a UK hedge fund signed 6 months after my engagement.

  • EsterelWrote the Business Plan of the company. Landed 16+M € of start-up funding, including VC funds from from Intel Capital, Thales Ventures, ACE Management, and CDC Innovation
  • Led the Marketing & Business Development division. Managed a yearly budget of € 5M including 10 marketers and pre-sales in FR, USA, and Canada
  • Closed the first technology partnerships with Dassault Systèmes and Rational Software

  • ILOGLed the company go-to-market strategy and process for the telecom industry
  • Led ILOG OEM deals with Alcatel-Lucent, Nortel Networks, Compaq, and Bull: the biggest OEM deals at that time
  • ILOG became a high-profile telecom supplier alongside HP and IBM. 40% of the company total sales, the largest vertical of the firm.
  • Success in telecom was key for the company’s IPO (NASDAQ and Paris)
